Conditions of Registration and Terms of Payment
- You can register online for HDZ workshops on the central homepage www.hdz-bawue.de. Your registration is binding and you are obliged to pay the course fee. You will receive a booking confirmation by email.
- You can cancel your registration in writing up to 14 calendar days before the first day of the event for face-to-face workshops or 14 calendar days before the start of the first day of the self-study phase, e.g. for online formats. The post date or email date is relevant.
- If you de-register later or do not show up, the entire cost is due. This regulation applies irrespective of the reason for cancellation. You cannot transfer your place to a substitute participant. The post date or email date is relevant.
- You will receive the invitation documents with more detailed information on the workshop approx. 2 weeks before the start of the event.
- The costs of the events are covered by the universities and universities of education of the state of Baden-Württemberg.
- We charge you a contribution to costs of € 25 for each day of the course. This cost may differ.
- You will receive an invoice at the seminar. We kindly ask you to transfer the participation fee due to the Hohenheim University Cashier's Office within 14 days after the end of the seminar. You can find all relevant information on the invoice.
Research associates at the Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Sciences will be reimbursed with participation and travel expenses for further education in terms of university didactics. Detailed information on the procedure can be found on the Promoting young scientists and researchers page.
