The tool was presented and insights into its use were given in a collegial discussion on ChatGPT.
We also envisaged this event to bring together and record current questions and voices from Hohenheim. Discussed points, suggestions, comments, etc. were recorded during and after the meeting with the help of a concept board to stimulate a further discussion process in Hohenheim.
You will find the link to the concept board for further processing at the bottom of this page in the Agenda and materials section. Please log in (via the lock symbol at the top right of the screen) and then load the page again to be able to access the link.

In a keynote speech, Prof. Dr. jur. Escher-Weingart presented her recently published jurisprudential publication “The Examination – the Unknown Quantity” (link ). She provided an insight into the topic of “examinations” from a legal perspective, as well as from the perspective and experience of lecturers and examination board chairs at the Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Hohenheim. Subsequently, there was the opportunity to talk to the speaker and for the guests to talk among themselves.
General questions about the publication could be addressed to Prof. Dr. Escher-Weingart. Further questions with a focus on feasibility in Hohenheim were collected so that they could be taken up and discussed further in an additional format at the university. Moreover, KIM and the Examinations Office were represented at the event.
Ideas/information received during the course on all aspects of examination law must always be discussed with the responsible persons on the respective examination board and with the Dean of Studies' Office before they are included in the planning of the course.

Creative workshop “Vision for university teaching of the future” (in German)
How do we want to teach and learn in 2030?
How do we design new teaching formats?
What are important conditions for success for ideal teaching?
The aim of the workshop was to get to know your visions for teaching in Hohenheim in 2030. The first concrete steps towards this vision were outlined in differentiated breakout sessions and then discussed in plenary sessions.
The event took place as part of the series Hohenheim 2030, the Future Begins Today. More information is available online at www.uni-hohenheim.de/en/hohenheim-2030

Digital kick-off event (in German)
In the coming summer semester 2021, all examination-relevant courses will be held 100% online. Face-to-face courses can be offered as a supplement only if the coronavirus infection situation permits. Physical distance is therefore a particular challenge at the moment, which can easily impair students' social integration into the university network. However, feeling part of and integrated into a group is essential for factors such as “motivation” and “learning success.”
- How can you as a lecturer help students to get to know each other better and network?
- How can you as a lecturer strengthen personal contact with students?
- How do the methods used help students to work together on the content?
- What other services can you inform students about to help them find their feet and integrate into university life?
- What are the advantages of social inclusion for teaching and learning?
We explored these questions at the kick-off event.
