Needs-based individual advice and support

Support for the digitalization of teaching is no longer provided as part of DeLLFi. You can still find advice and further training opportunities as part of the media didactics services offered by the Educational Development Unit.

The digitalization of university teaching enables teaching and learning to take place anywhere and at any time. It therefore offers a wide range of options for responding flexibly to changing social conditions and the different requirements of the heterogeneous student body. At the same time, the development and design of hybrid learning spaces is accompanied by new challenges. This requires university lecturers to deal with various technical and methodological-didactic issues.

As coaches for digital learning and teaching, we will be happy to advise you on these and other issues relating to the (media) didactic development, design, and evaluation of your courses. We support and assist all teaching staff as well as institutes and faculties with short-term issues and concerns, as well as with the long-term conceptual development of (digital) courses and modules.

As part of our advice services, we respond to your individual needs and take into account special technical features and structural contexts. This complements the range offered by Media Didactics and the wide range of university didactic workshops. The technical requirements are always taken into account, and KIM is your direct contact for exclusively technical questions.

Our advice model

Evaluating the advice is an important part of this in order to continuously develop the advice service and ensure a high level of quality.

Our advice process comprises the following steps:
